get some oatmeal by the brand Malt-O-Meal (walmart is the only one i know that carries it), it's called BIG BOWL oatmeal. Dump four packets(one of each flavor) into a bowl with 2 cups of milk and voila. It brings like 1090 calories.

Here is my magical concotion: 2 scoops of chocolate ON whey, mix in a bowl with milk. Add plenty of oatmeal to it (quaker oats, can be uncooked)... Cut up 2 bannans (i just eat 2 whole banannas on the side because its easier and less time consuming at college) and eat! Tastes deliciois, very healthy. Then when you are done you can have 2 tablespoons of flax oil.

nope sorry, lol....they make the best breakfast. Right now im bulking and i have:
100g Oatmeal
6 Egg Whites
5g Flax Oil
if you want to you could blend the oatmeal and egg whites up (although you might need more eggwhites or just add some skim milk or water) and make pancakes with them

you could eat anything that you like to eat for bfast instead of oats and eggs. sometimes i like to have brown rice, an apple, yogurt and a scoop of vanilla whey, its great. other times i have a yam with cottage cheese. you could have tuna, chicken, veggies,...anything for bfast.

i wake up start my 1/2 cup brown rice on the burner set for 40 minutes, take a shower prepare daily foods then open a can of tuna prepare it with steak sauce and pepper eat that with ice water then when im finished, my rice is done cooking, i prepare rice with pepper salt and low sodium chicken flavored boillion and i also eat 4 slices of WW bread with organic low fat maronaisse on each slice of bread and that combo of bread and rice is eaten at same time then finish off with a tbsp of olive oil for 40 g protein 140 grams carbs and about 20 g of fat.... i would eat oats for breakfast but oats just keep me full for whey too long up to 4 hours and rice keeps me full for about 2 hours so i can pack in more carbs using rice and i save my oats for my prebed meal

1 egg white
1 whole egg
1 cup of oatmeal
some no fat milk
a scoop of whey
abit of cottage cheese
some splenda
whiz it all up in the blender, pour it in a non stick pan, put the pan on the stove, turn on the stove and cook the mixture on both sides, its called a pancake i believe.
Top it with some sugarless fruit spread or those da vinci syrups that we dont have in australia

Breakfast must be your largest meal besides pre and postworkout nutrition
Eggs (with yolk)
Oatmeal (i eat the instant) (mix with peanut butter)
whole grain cereals (raisin bran, Kashi cereals, grape nuts etc.)
almonds
cottage cheese
WW bread w cheese
Fruits (banana, bluberries, strawberries)
Yogurt (low fat)
I normally consume 60-100g carbs in the morning 25g protein and 10g fat
Choose your pick

Since i cant eat a lot in the morning whole eggs and porridge is a no brainer for me. Excellent protein, good carbs and since the oats can be blended into a shake with water or milk theres plenty of calories.

Heres what I eat right now and have been for a while, it works well. Starts a skinny persons day off right with 1200 calories
7 eggs
1 tablespoon olive oil with them
4 cups Plain cherrios with milk
cup of pomegranate juice
banana
eat if for a while and youll get really good at eating food fast, especially if you dont wake up early enough to cook and eat it all in a reasonable amount of time.
