PWO Cardio
45 minutes
This workout was intense. I used every intensity method known to man to ensure complete exhaustion and failure. By the end, I was pumped like a balloon!
I am writing this on the treadmill in the EARLY morning hours of October 14 before I hit the road for a 3 day road show in the Carolinas. I love life. I am weighing 202 right now and am still within a 2 week shot of being on stage in tights in stellar condition. But that is not the goal right now. The goal is steady growth of about a pound a week and healthy living. I am starting to pay more attention to macros after my week of more freedom in my diet and will start adding in more fats and maintaining carb intake. I like fats a lot better than carbs for everything--taste, satiation, energy....you name it! Thus, as you see in my diet above, my macros will look like this on a daily basis:
--6-8 meals depending on hunger levels and how many hours I am awake.
--At least 50g protein per meal going as high as I want it to go. If I want more chicken, darnit, I am eating more chicken.
--Broccoli and green beans as desired as much as I want.
--15g of healthy fats per meal from mostly peanut butter and almond butter.
--Carbs when I feel like it coming from all healthy sources like oatmeal, brown rice and yams.
I am training 5 days a week. Today is an off day and with the intensity of AGS-10, I need it badly! Tomorrow, I hit back with deadlift and pulldown focus and traps. I will continue doing cardio for overall health and so that I am in shape to play with my kids at Pump it Up Kids (BOUNCE!) and to be a superdad! I am going to BOUNCE again on Friday and trust me, it is the toughest cardio I have ever done. The key is to not just sit and watch like the other fat-behind parents, but to play WITH your kids! They will enjoy it more and it is one heck of a bonding experience!
Finishing up cardio then firing up the Xtend Xterra. Time to make it happen!
Tomorrow I train at Golds Gym in Southern Pines, NC. A great gym that carries Scivation, Primaforce and PGN. If in the area, stop by anytime and tell them Scivation is in day hizzle.

Marc, If I wanted to increase macros (protein, fat) in my SOLUTION 5 shake to match a CHA meal that contains around 50g of Protein and 30g of Fat, would it be wise to use 4 scoops and maybe add in 2 whole eggs and blend it up?

The ~8g Protein isn't anything to cry over. I would just munch a few almonds and call it a day.

Holy heck, I actually took a rest day! I started the day with cardio for an hour. I was writing an email on my blackberry that was long a concise and figured why not walk fast and do it! So I did that, did abs, and started the day! I drove a ton and made a lot of good Solution 5 sales. This product will be super hot!
Tomorrow I trek south then all the way to western NC and SC. This is when the rubber meets the road and greatness is achieved. Scivation will prosper!
Tell ALL of your friends about the presale. Trust me, it will be gone fast! We have already presold the first 4 runs of it! Unless you want it all for yourself!
|
Am i missing something? I do not see it on BB.com yet. Where have you sold 4 runs? i plan on loading up on 3 months supply.

Is it $30 a tub pre-sale only? Or it'll continue to stay $30 after pre-sale? I'm asking this because Solution 5 is on back order already.
