Question Post Surgery Question

Hi everyone, was wondering if anyone can give me some much needed advice.
I have been training 5 days a week cardio/weight training up until 6 weeks ago when I underwent upper body surgery (chest). Obviously I havent been able to weight train over the past 6 weeks due to possible complications and my surgeon has said i cant go back for another 2 weeks.

Since surgery I have been doing at least an hour of cardio per day, burning up to 500 calories at one time (consuming 1400-1500 calaries per day) My diet is spot on, following a 6 week out competition diet.

The problem is that I am getting married in 12 weeks and am trying ever so hard to lose a final 2-3 kilos. I am 5'6 and I weigh 57 kilos.

I am aware that it is quite difficult to tone/lose weight without a mixture of cardio/resistance however I was wondering if anyone had some advice on how I can fast track weightloss over the next 2 weeks without resistance training?

Thanks in advanced.

chest surgery meaning augmentation? there are TONS of threads on this subject if you do a search but i can tell you about my experience if you are interested. i was able to do very light arm weights, use resistance bands lightly and cables and tons of lower body exercises. i see no problem in your dropping the weight.
