Mdrol cycle advice
I've been doing CKD keto diet now for 5 months. I'm satisfied with the results, but I still haven't gotten the definition out of it that I want yet. I wanted more definition around my shoulders, but I realized that I need to work them out more because it has to do more with the natural shape, or lack thereof, of my delts.
I'm about to start a cycle of Mdrol(superdrol clone) and I don't want to gain any fat from it, but I know that I'm going to need to up my calories to see any gains in muscle. What could I do to say lean during my cycle?
