Yes, actually at the moment I work a desk job ( it allows me to get all my water in and eat every few hours) and personal train only a few people.. I hope to get into fitness modeling more now as well and drop the desk job ( as I hope to pick up more clients for personal training).

Let me elaborate on this a bit.. These are weight-training days... I would have meal 1 then workout and have the protein and oats immediately after the workout.. then cardio would be done ( very low intensity).. every 3 days I would take off a day of weights and just do cardio. This is the cardio that would be performed at a little more intensity and a fasted state.

Looking great man. You can see in the "fat" pics that you had a really good base and just needed to cut. Looks like the cut really worked.

Yes, i agree with that.. I am 25 and played high school sports.. Ever since then, I have been working out atleast 5 days a week but with no cardio and eating enough calories to feed a small family, lol

Only thing I notics is that your chest lags - especially relative to arms and shoulders. I assume this is why you prefer a back photo.

Definitely agree with that my friend.. my shoulders have always done a majority of the load it seems when pressing weights.. My mind muscle connection with chest needs to improve.. just never really seem to "feel it".. Just another of my goals to conquer this year.. thanx for the imput.

Hey thanx for the kind words..I actually used to swear by the EFX liquid aminos until I found out that trueprotien carried them.. I think they both are equal in terms of being effective, but *********** gets the nod because you get discounts if you buy in bulk or use discount codes...
I have actually seen that many people on here seem to bash them for whatever reasoon ( maybe a lack of scientific evidence) but I love them and will never go back to normal whey ( with the exception of 2 scoops of nitro core with added carbs post workout).. For me, beef protein is king because my body does not respond well to whey ( bloating issues). Even with whey isolate, I still seem to carry more water.
Maybe it's just me.. but they helped me make my changes physcially so I say if it aint broke do not fix it
