No. Quite the opposite. Tanning beds only came into mainstream society in the 80s and they were even more dangerous then. The tanning industry is now a billion dollar industry and still growing. Apart from the tanning bed industry, Westerners have literally been following the sun for the last 30 years. The sunbelt states have had population booms, once sleepy beach communities now have huge resorts and populations, and in general, folks everywhere are enjoying the outisdes and water more and more. Farmers and outside laborers use to make up the lion's share of new cases, but now it's the upper classes.

ah... ok that explains it... i was like... wtf?? this dude can come down and party on the weekends the gayborhood down here isn't that bad... ok anyways.. yes.. I love Austin... its soo clean and outdoorsy... and a lot of hot white boys... (thats why i love it!) its a very young crowd kinda of city... and of course being that most of the universities are there... think about it.. college frat boys getting drunk and wanting to experiment?

I'll second it that Austin is a great town. Big sophisticated city with small-town feel to it. It feels like a bit of Berkely, a bit of LA, and a bit of Nashville all together.

And the gay scene is excellent and thriving.

I lived in Texas for 4 yrs, but unfortunately only visited Austin once. Loved it, tho!
Great music scene, and frankly, all major college towns are pretty great.

Yesterday was the best day of my life I think... I can't stop smiling... (AND NO you pervs, nothing of that nature happened). Well time for my back workout then off to work. I have a whole day of abuse ahead of me, but I doubt it will wipe the smile off my face. I can't wait until tomorrow.... (Ahhh I'm so cryptic :P)

I'll get an extra day off next week, and then off for 10 days....(just booked another cruise...7 days to the Eastern Caribbean....used Amex points, so the whole trip is costing the both of us just $30!!)

Yeah, I think everyone's off to there dermatologist to check on a mole or maybe we are between events. Off-road weekend sounds like fun, we are currently under rain and the threat of mudslides due to all the earlier fires we had out here in the mountains and hillsides. The rain is not suppose to last past Wednesday but preparing for the worst is better than waiting til it's too late. Off road out here, we have mud, lots of it..
