Weighed in at 177 Lbs, after a drop of 40 for this competition. This was my second show and I placed 3rd out of ten competitors.

I'm center with dark trunks, dark hair, military haircut.

And this is in the hotel room after my tanning + potassium load.

Comments, critiques, suggestions, welcome!

was there saw u on stage... try not to stomp making distracting motions will get u judged down... but looked great keep on truckin!

I was also there... I helped set up the event! I was the 6'5 dude wearing the black Western Oregon University Football sweater. Did anyone see me?

Wow lots of people there from on here.

I was there. I won the Open Heavys and Overall. Great show this year.

Aaron looked great. got into a deep tough class and battled to get himself 3rd respetfully deserved 3rd. the two front of him were tough.

I thought your posing routine was badass also. Nice work on that. I always just throw mine together last minute LOL made mine look like shat

Lookin shredded but at 5'11 you'll need a lot more weight to really compete. You need to get to I would imagine 210-220 offseason and be 195 shredded at least to do really well. Great job on the conditioning tho. If you can get heavy enough in the offseason (and I don't just mean fat or dead weight but adding some good muscle mass) I have no doubt you'll be killer on stage since you are able to shred down very well.

I'm a natural bodybuilder and that weight is too much for me. I just competed at 177, and it took me a year and a half to put on six pounds of quality lean tissue. Posing and conditioning is far more important than weight. It is how you look, not how much gravity has an effect on you. Look at Jim Cordova.
