4:00 pm 12 hour protein shake
Pre workout Labrada NO extreme
Intra workout Purple Wraath
Post Workout VoluGro + amino acids. I work out from 5:15 to 6:15 pm. I usually eat supper around 7 or 7:15pm.
I haven't seen much in the way of gains from this regimen.
Any suggestions to help with increasing the muscle mass? Any suggestions on the pre or post workout supplements?
I appreciate any and all suggestions.

All of those are good supplements... though I'd sub out volugro and just get some basic Creatine Monohydrate in bulk, save a lot of money. And definitely take a protein shake right after working out, not just amino's. In fact you could remove the post workout aminos and switch to protein and prob see better results.
But if you aren't seeing any results it's a result of a poor workouts. You should be seeing lots of results.
What does your workouts look like?
It also is prob partially due to your diet. Diet & Workouts are 95% of the picture. You could be taking all the supplements in the world and see no results if your diet/exercising is not good.
