I'm not sure if it's wrong or not but you could get a digital one at walmart, weigh in then return it. Do it once a month.

Hovering around 236-237 now.
Diet's not perfect, but I'm not eating a lot these days.
Still sticking with my working out as best I can.
Time to go running.

Thank you TNM. I am doing fine. I have lost 9 pounds. Am on keto now also. I will finish this year STRONG! Have my Halloween-A-Thon going smoothly so far. Am looking forward to the one I do for Thanksgiving and again for Christmas! The Halloween one has been fun. All of the spooky graphics keep me going. Something about the visual effects that inspire me.

Still going strong bro, I'm having stability now. It's finally getting cold here so I'll run earlier, because it got way too hot to run in midday.

I am really getting tired of eating at a 500-1000 deficit....I am thinking about keeping calories real close or at maintenance for awhile. Working out so hardcore without fuel is grueling and drags on me alot.
I dunno...its been nearly a damn year.
although I really am anxious to get to the 100lb lost marker too....

And you are so close to that marker too! Cant you just compromise the caloric intake? Maybe alternate every other week cal up, cal down instead of straight cal up?

i may try that or up them alot on the 3 most intense days i workout of my 5....I had a rough night tonight again, just generally weak feeling. Its a rough thing cause I want to of course still lose weight but also get much stronger....I may just push hard for a few more weeks and hit my 100lb marker or at least get to the 299 and then take a month or so of cruising just eating more, not enough to gain but maintain. 11 months now of eating on a 500-1000 calorie daily deficit is really dragging on me.

Still around, hovering aroun 228-230, why does it seem harder to lose this last 20 lbs to get to the 100 mark than it did to lose the last 80. Stupid....but diet related. Time to clean up again.

Just checking in. Where has everyone been last couple days? Fred has a baby and the updates stop. Its a ghost town in here. Come on y'all. Pitch in some inspiration and support for each other. KT runs around tearing down cob webs from the corners.

Thanks. It still breaks us even. I need some hours from teh nursing home badly. I am going there tomorrow. 25 hours a week at minimum wage is helpful, but not what I need.
