- Take the Personal Training final exam & practical by the end of Nov. (Did courses from Sept '08 --> Sept '09.) Finish studying my ass off 1st, though. =P (...in between teaching all of these "Trancerobics" classes. xD)

When your clients send you text messages telling you how sore they are, they can't walk or sit on the toilet haha & they look forward to see you on Wednesday etc... or the that they have just driven past mcdonalds and didnt go in! That is the best feeling, knowing you have made THEM realise.

Seriously, I'm thinking about charging people an extra session for writing up meal plans, etc... for them. I don't mind writing up a workout for them, but some people OD. Like, I write them a meal plan and then I get a bunch of emails from that one person like "Can I have this fish instead of the fish you wrote down? I don't like broccoli, can I use spinach instead? I thought egg yolks were bad, why does this say 2 whole eggs? What other kinds of protein powders should I get besides the 4 different options you recommended?"

when you get ostracized for occasional junk food or cups of coffee from people who partake in it everyday.

One day a coworker of mine was @ a desk having a post session consultation w/her client. I was standing nearby w/a starbucks cup in my hand.. as soon as the client sees me she says,

"personal trainer drinkin starbucks!?!? You a personal trainer, you aint 'posed to be drinkin no starbucks!"

"why not?" I said.

"Cause them starbuck drinks be havin hella calories"

"This is a black coffee with one packet of Splenda... five calories at most"

"Oh.. well coffee is still bad for you."

"Why?"

"Because of the caffeine"

"Well those fatburners that we sell have more caffeine in one pill than two of these cups of coffee but if you would've seen me popping them it wouldn't have seemed out of character for me and you wouldn't have thought twice"

"Well... .yeah.... I'm just sayin though, yall trainers be thinkin yall know everythang"
