The Wonderful world of Dead lifting!!
My entire back has improved due to dead lifting. Growing up I never did this lift because I didn't care much for the trap bar. I've been doing dead lifts with every back workout for the last year and the progress is great! Whadda rush!!

Bordering on awful/pathetic.
j/k you're looking at a future natural pro here. Can I get a free PT session?

may be a noob question but how does your whole back get it, ive been feeling it almost exclusively in lower back.. it's the movement where you bring your shoulders back at the top of the rep right?

I tend to do rack dead lifts now, which puts the emphasis strictly on my back. the first part of the lift is upper back with a lot of lat recruitment followed by bringing your shoulders back at the end of the lift for maximum lower lat/lumbar contraction.. just make sure you're squeezing your lats and not just leaning back, u don't wanna slip a disc..
