Thinking of starting a thermogenic?

Hi All,

Thinking of adding a thermogenic fat burner to the my current supps.

All I take currently is Whey, MRI Black powder (pre workout), creatine, and a HGH stimulator...

My goal is basically to add Mass but being a former fat boy I'm just not willing to get fat (again) doing it... I'm currently around 12% BF abs are just starting to show, I would like to get them thru properly for summer (I'm in australia..)

So my basic question is does a thermogenic fat burner counter act my efforts of gaining muscle in anyway? or can it compliment my efforts?

I'm looking at Lipo 6, I believe the 6x version in aus isn't the same as the U.S version... would be interested in hearing peoples opinions on which is best - lipo 6 appears to be proven over time even if it may not now be the "mutts nutts" with some of the newer formulations out there... it has become relatively cheap...

Thanks for your helps...

Cheers

I'm looking at Lipo 6
Just for starters, things like Yohimbe / Yohimbine can DESTROY appetite... making a consistent calorie surplus difficult

Consider something like Lean Xtreme

Diet will make the biggest difference. Just eat a small surplus to ensure that you gain mostly muscle. 200-300 calories per day should be sufficient. Don't try and gain too quickly, or else you will gurantee fat gains.

Things that should help with lean gains would be fish oil, high protein, and carbohydrates timed around training. I've used things like Lean Xtreme in the past with success as well, but would only suggest it if everything else is spot on.
