About "scivation" brownies and sludge
Well my question is, can i make these brownies/sludges with other brand like Cytosport or BSN Syntha-6 and get the same result?

Yes... they didn't invent the concept.
I personally think sludge tastes pretty bad. Brownies are ok when cutting but bad when you can bulk and eat a larger variety.

It all depends on what the mixture is like. Syntha 6 is horrible for sludge.
I use Biox Rocky Road w/Almond butter I have it every day love it.

Yes, of course. The ingredient you refer to is protein powder, not necessarily Scivation protein powder. That'd be like asking if you can blow bubbles with just Wrigley bubblegum, or if you can do it with any other gum too.

just depends on the powder itself, but technically it'll work with any powder... it's a concept.
but peanut butter + scivation whey (or a decent choco powder) + blueberries.. OH LAWD..

Scivation just happens to be a very good whey protein for it, some suck though, like Optimum sucks IMO. Muscle milk is ridiculously good though.

Scivation's Whey Protein is a simple, basic, tasty protein powder. 1 gram of fat and 1 gram of carbs will NEVER compare tastewise to a muscle milk.
It all comes down to your preferences and nutritional needs. We like our Whey for its simplicity.

Yes, you can use any protein powder.
Kind of off topic, has anyone used Scivation whey? I love their other supplements, but I have heard the whey is absolutely disgusting.

It's no where near disgusting...but not the greatest I've ever had. I like it very much.

I am kind of picky about my whey but being on the palumbo diet and having scivation whey sludge three times a day never gets old, it almost feels like your having a dessert/

You can cook it with anything.
I used to put grits with my protein shake and pb, and microwave it and get the same thing except better because it stuck together better.
