cool pics, looks like it was fun. I'm still mad they never brought those black animal shirts to the O. The only "Olympia Specific" shirt was a Grey shirt with Animal. written on it in the small letters not the HUGE ones.

brah i did some one hand rear delt raises and was surprised to get 55 x 6 without too much swing
I do them from a bent row position, with my free hand resting on a racked dumbbell. that how you do them?
