I really wanted the chili but the shop didn't have any, so I had to make do with some 85%
Not as nice, but it satisfied the cravings...for now. lol

No
Most of the saturated fat in cocoa is stearic acid, which (I think ) gets converted into unsaturated fat in the body.

I have tried to get used to eating it plain but i just can't seem to develop a taste for it. Dark Chocholate chip/pb cookies?

I can't eat the 90% stuff regularly.
I like the 70% stuff though.
That being said, Hershey's Special Dark dipped into warm coffe for a few seconds, and then eaten is about as good as it gets. It comes off in layers when you do this.

I've never made it before, but was planning on it tonight. Just gotta ponder over what I'm gonna do. Something w/ coconut perhaps. And you can sub out the cornstarch for chocolate PP as the thickener.

The orange one w/ almonds in it is pretty good as well......at least for chocolate sold in Walmart. I used it to make the puddin'.
