After a few months of regrouping and handleing a few family events I have started my prep for a few weeks now. I am getting ready for nov7th and then where that takes me I shall folllow. I am blessed ith a great support team and have been putting the time in to bring an improved ME to the stage in sacramento. Are you getting ready for an NPC show nov 7th? Isn't there a new IFBB pro show in sac on Nov 7th as well?

How did you do in the Sacramento Comp yesterday? I met you at your booth and you gave me the JPF-1 samples. I took 2 before bed. I could tell the diffence when my feet touched the floor this morning. NO ACHE IN MY KNEE AT ALL! Took 2 this morning before hitting the gym. My leg workout was much more productive today. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!! I wish I could explain better just how much of a positive impact the supplement has had. Let's just say that I've been in tears from the pain. Is it available on BB.com, yet?
