Nice work. I love your hot, sinuous body. You're a damn greyhound, boy. LOVE IT.
Sidenote: You have several moles. Alwasy be vigilant about making certain they are not changing. Use these pics to monitor changes. Melanoma is the fastest growing, and one of the most deadly, cancers among Caucasians.

NO, NO, NO! If you have a lot of moles, you're already at an increased risk for skin cancers. It's not worth it, I swear.
I'm working on a case right now involving misdiagnosis and melanoma. The defendant just passes away. He was 26. If you want to be tan, use Mystic Tan or other self-tanners.

Yea i've been keeping track of them carefully, I have a few on my back as well, already have had one removed, having another removed soon too... I was born with all of these, the one that was removed and analyzed was shown to be pre-cancerous, (was removed 7 years ago, if I still had it it would have developed into cancer by now).

Yea im thinking about using spray tans this year, last winter i would tan for about 4 minutes twice a week to keep my acne down and vitamin D up... i didn't think 4 minutes would harm because its barely enough to maintain a tan, let alone burn...
But you're right, i should be playing it safe with a spray on. thats what i will do from now on.

Spray tan ftw...however, it doesn't last long enough IMO. It's good enough though for vacations though

I've got a couple of moles I keep an eye on. One on my lower back I'm gonna get checked out and hopefully have it removed. Already had one removed a few years ago.

Of course, then I don't need to remind you that you should never attempt to tan. You already have a genetic predispostion to develop skin cancers. I've intermittently worked on melanoma cancer cases over the years and I've developed a real expertise in the area...so much that I've been paid to be an expert witness in a case or two. I've attended conferences on melanoma over the years, too. When I saw your photo and then realized you were tan, I immediately became alarmed.
5 years ago, I noticed an odd looking mole on the back on a young woman in my gym. It was so noticeable, that I saw it across the room. It had all the telltale trademarks of melanoma. I wasn't sure what to do, but I approached her and said something like, "I don't want to frighten you, but I couldn't help but to notice that mole on your back. I really want to encourage you to visit a dermatologist and have it checked out." Naturally, she thought I was nuts and didn't assure me that she was going to do anything. I saw her again a month or two later and it was clear she had done nothing. So, I intervened again with her husband and told him what I had told her. I said, "I really hope I'm wrong, but it looks like skin cancer and ___doesn't think it's a big deal". He was actually very scared but appeared grateful.
Long story short, he forced her to see a dermatologist who immediate took a puch biopsy. She did have malignant melanoma. And after further surgery and a sential node biopsy, it was determined that the cancer had indeed spread to a single lymph node under her arm.
Melanoma is incurable past stage II and there is no remission. Chemo and other treatments are basically unhelpful. A chick in my spinning class told me sadly that the cancer has spread again to her liver, which puts her at Stage IV - which is terminal.
Sorry for this rant, but I'm hyper vigilant.
*And no, I don't have a tan myself. I have apricot colored skin which is just part of my Swiss heritage.

Good for you. Brits actually have a pretty high rate of skin cancer, especially melanomas. Although you live in a pretty cloudy climate, Brits once or twice a year hit the Canary Islands or the Med and fry themselves. This sort of intermittant burning is actaully worse than constant exposure you'd get if you lived sunnier climes.

We probably have a higher rate because we're quite irresponsible when out in the sun. It seems the typical Brit will use sun-beds before holidays because they think they then don't need to use as strong sunblock then go sunbathing with minimal/no sunblock.
Twice I've fried myself to an extent where it was actually painful... once in Tenerife and once in Borneo. I know plenty of others who have done the same thing too.

Also, genetically your skin tone is adapted to your cloudy climate. That's why Australians [which are predominantly of English heritage] have the world's highest melanoma rates. Basically, their skin is not adapted for the extremely sunny climate. Same goes with folks who live in New Zealand, California, and Arizona.
The worst damage you can do to yourself is allowing sunburns to happen when you're a kid. Even adorable freckles are, in reality, nothing more than sun damage.
I have several of the known risk factors:
-severe childhood sunburns
-blond hair/blue eyes
-freckles
-tanning bed usage...even as a teenager
But luckily I have few moles and I can redily tan...which at least means that my skin has some of the protective features built in. But I'm also had a pre-cancerous legion removed from the eye lid.[always wear sunglasses]. It was called an actinic keratosis. It was frozen off, but then it immediately came right back....whick is not a good sign. You could barely see it and two docs misdiagnosed it as an infected eye brow hair folicle. But it had a scaley feel which is an indicator. It was frozen off more severely again and this time it didn't return.

Ugh, moles. I have so many, and I hate hate hate them. So unattractive. I mean, who would want to see them? I am paranoid about them too; I have been to a couple dermatologists (because none of them can seem to prescribe me something effective for acne) and they check my moles, but they go so fast that I always wonder if they're actually thoroughly examining them. Also, I wish my skin wasn't so pale, but I am too afraid to tan lol.

I think it's admirable that you're already having them checked out. And don't be afraid to demand that they give you a better screening. I had a "full body check" and the fcuking hot doc didn't even bother to make me drop my boxers or look in between my toes. At that point I mentioned that I was a laywer and that I had a history of melanoma in my family [a total lie, but necessary]. Then he even looked behind my balls and everywhere else, including my scalp and the skin under my pubes.
See there....I made a potentially awkward situation totally HOT.
And don't worry. Your acne will clear up and your pale skin will be gorgeous and milky. Personally, I love pale, milky skin. NO TANNING!

I'm assuming he probably had squamous cell or basel cell carcinoma. Both, while potentially disfiguring, are not typically fatal because they don't metastasize often to other organs.

Wow i am going to go see a dermatologist like asap... My father is a surgeon and has looked at them several times and keeps telling me it isn't a big deal... But I'd be really pissed if one of them turned out to be malignant.

no kidding, i have 19 on my back (just small ones, not really that dark either)... but everyone is always like, wow you have a lot of moles :-/ ... I've had all of them as long as i can remember, I dont believe there are any new ones.
Every time i have been tanning, I have covered my back in SPF30, just to add to it, but i def think i'll be spray tanning from now on.

I hope I didn't make you paranoid. The chances of any mole turning malignant is pretty rare indeed. But you are always your own best health advocate.
The moles that were already removed because they had pre-cancerous cells, did they ever tell you specifically what the results of the biopsy was? Severely or moderate atypic/differential cells?

From a purely vanity standpoint, it's the best solution. Sun damage causes premature wrinkles, age spots and loss of elasticity.

YES! I am going to Tampa/Ybor city tomorrow. Beyond excited. Two hour drive there, and another two to get back, but I love it there. And my best friend lives there, haven't seen him in two months. We might see the Paranormal Activity movie...
How about you??
