Just thought I would pop in before getting to bed. I have been able to fit in lots of walks and even a run this week- yay! It was only 3 miles but it was so fun to do. I hope to fit in more runs this week (I'm sure the puppies hope so too).
Weights have been going good, 2 full body days to maintain right now which has been working out good so far. I am dissapointed in slight strength losses though, my upper body has gone back to its happy place of 65 lb bench presses. I guess as long as it stays there I'm good.

Other than that things have been very busy and I'm feeling burned out. Pushing this hard for so long with work and school is starting to get to me I think. I keep getting migraines and my back is one ball of tightness-even yoga can't fix that one
