-11- 11:30: any sort of whole meal i have laying around: some sort of meat, vegetables and potatoes usually, milk again, or water

7:00- this is post workout (usually go to the gym at 6:00ish), so i have my shake, 3 cups oatmeal, maybe a banana or two
9:00- another whole meal. small serving of pasta and chicken or something
11:00- something small, a bit of oatmeal and a protein shake before bed is fine
*** this is ideal for me... of course some days i miss a meal or two due to whats going on in my day... my main goal in a day is to never feel hungry... dont let people tell u lies haha:P its soo much easier eating less than more... well for me at least lol****

Even Standing at 132 you looks alright. I've seen some guys you're size with 132 and they look disgustingly thin. You've done amazing I can't wait until I have my transformation complete. Pictures of legs?

Damn that's a lot of food each day. I don't think I could even pack in that much food and keep it all down.
