I will never forget the feeling
When my life was torn apart
No matter how hard I try
It will never leave my heart
I never got the joy
Of hearing her little cry
I never got to say hello
But only a sad goodbye
She laid very still
As I held her to my heart
My darling little girl
Why did we have to part
The only thing I asked
Was someone to tell me why?
But no-one had the answer
Why this young life had to die.

Really everyone is different as far as carb loading. I am not an expert, but I have heard other girls say they try both a "mock" fat load and a "mock" carb load to see how their bodies respond. I personally went no carb the week of and then the day before I had minimal amount of clean carbs. After my 2nd competition I thought I looked better on Sunday (the day after the show)...and I definitely carb loaded Sat night....lol
I am sure you will get advice from more experienced girls/guys on here. Just my 2 cents
Good luck!!!

Why did you drop weight lifting? Weightlifting is still key if your doing figure! We all know weightlifting burns tons of fat, so stick to it! besides you don't want to be a skinny figure girl, you want to be a strong sculpted figure girl.
I re added fish oil and upped my fats to 30% and it kicked the metabolism in the butt.
My cycling goes 2 days 1400, 20% carbs, no starches at all on those days, but I upp my fats to 30%. day 3, cals go up by 100, carbs to up to 30%, fat does down to 20%. then day 4 and 5 are the same as day 1 and 2, ect.

I dont know how much different for femals but Id wait to get your suit closer to the show as your measurments will change. Nothing looks worse than a suit thats improperly sized or lose.
What are your carb sources? What does the rest of your diet look like?

That's very tru, although I believe modern suits are adjustable closer to the show.

because we get our suits adorned with crystals and there are so many different cut styles it's actually best to order early
I ordered mine 8 weeks out and then sent back 3 weeks out to get finished and resized. Generally when we order our suits we tell the maker (most of our suits are custom) what size weight wise we will be and approx what our bust hip and waist measurements are.
you guys get it easy when you order yours! and cheaper too

Generally when you find a good reputable suit designer they will ask you what your current measurements are plus height and weight. then decide approx what weight she wants to be when she hits stage, they are very good at making the suit the right size. most suits have uncut straps and the material is stretchy so it's pretty easy to fit. Unless your like me, who has to be difficult and order a crystaled strapped suit where you don't have the added stretch and if you don't get the measurement right then it turns out looking horrible.
