symptoms of too much protien

im curious as to the symtoms of consuming too much protien. a member called vadim once said too much protien causes gatsrointestinal problems (excessive wind, loose stools ect) are there any others as i seem to be hitting the above criteria for two hours after i consume a high protien meal. however this dosent happen PWO where i consume 50g whey as i presume due to the greater level of protien sythesis around that time.

also if i was to purchase sticks to test for protien in urine at the first point the sticks test postitive does that mean access protien will not be utillised.

The one symptom I get from too much protein and training hard I start to get bigger.

Flatulence is just a part of bodybuilding, just let them rip. Eating plenty of fiber should keep the stool compact and sliding out effortlessly...

Talking

Whey and dairy causes the farts, and boy do they stink!!!

After I'd finished eating, I let one rip in a resturant....the next table had to vacate

currently follow DC training protocol so i aim for a minamum of 1.5g/lb but try to achieve 2g/lb.
this is 300 - 400g for me. if i ever go below 300g all symptoms stop. i used to think it was a lactose intolerance however after stopping all dairy it still occurs.
