Upper thigh-flab, lower thigh-rock!?

So I am not a beginner to strength training, just recently wanting to firm up in the lege area. So I have incorporated almost everything i can think of: regular squats, smith machine low squats, deadlifts, power cleans, leg press, leg extensions, back extensions on a decline, hamstring curls, both reverse and forward lunges, step ups, the list is endless. And after all this training my legs have gotten bigger (even though I've been doing high reps with low weight!). At the point right above my knee is where I have seen an extreme progression of hard muscle. yet, my upper thighs and inner thighs are flabby! This is so frustrating. Can anyone help me? PLEASE!!!!!!!

Probably more of a body fat issue and not an 'exercise exclusion', if you will.
Once you lean out overall, your legs will reshape as well.

Sounds like you have a good mix of exercises -- maybe add some suomo deads or plie squats -- both target inner thigh area.

Very true, thank you for your advice.

I actually do use both of those exercises. Maybe from now on I will focus on those types of exercises more. I have been trying to search the internet for upper thigh specific exercises but everything seems to be a more wholesome exercise of the whole leg. So, I havent come up with any thing new yet. If there are any more im missing please let me know!

It's not the exercises it's a matter of dropping more body fat. This falls back on your diet...so this is where you need to look.
