thanx guys. l try to rest as much as possible l train and then eat and sleep after training and eat 350-400g protein per day and l dont really count carbs l go by the fat test to see if l need to cut carbs. l rest as much as possible l take plenty of supplements like no boosters and antioxidants and usually are either on pct 3 weeks or cycle 6-8 weeks of PH's l have'nt done any as oils IM as yet.
l have a busted hand so l cannot work at the moment l am waiting for surgery so l full time training.

tell him anything is possible one guy at our gym started training at 54 and now he is 58 and looks amazing he passes for about 40 easily.

no l have trained for a long time but this past year l have done a few ph courses and really been strict on diet 350g protein a day and training mon - fri. Even when l have felt off l have used vitamins and otc meds to keep going only once did l get antibiotics when l had flu but l always made it to the gym.

lol thanx man yeah l am a UFC fan of chuck Liddel.
3 cycles so far of about 5-6 weeks each with plenty of liver detoxifier and regenerator by Now and na -rala, omega-3, vit c, and resveritrol as cycle support.

Tren will shut you down pretty hard and maybe give lower back pains at first. l really like the gains they are hard and lean and strength is excellent no more low days when you feel down on Tren@ 100mg's is what works for me break the caps open and use UTT for best results imo. l have all my best PB's on Tren. l used resveritrol and liver detoxifier and regenerator by Now and used Novadex xt and LG T-911 as pct with no problems.
