Prgoress pics from Jan-September!
Here are some of my progress pictures along the way. I am still trying to cut down and hit 198lbs so I can join the 100lb lost club (203lbs currently). Do you think I should keep cutting or bulk now??? Give me some advice please.

Awesome progress man! A lot of respect from me.
To me it looks like you could still continue to cut a little longer. Whatever you're doing is working well.
It's a shame about the extra skin you've got there.. but it really highlights how far you've come!
I reckon you could cut down a little further.. reach your 100lb goal at least!

Very nice progress man, thanks alot because I'm on the third week of a 14 week cut right now and threads like this give me the motivation and inspriation to keep going! You look awesome great dedication!
PS - Whats up with the skin under your bellybutton? Did you have some type of surgery there or is that just loose skin?

Looking great. Definitely a huge difference. I'd cut some more fat, and at least get to your 100 lbs goal, why not 110. Looking strictly at the 5-22 pictures to the most recent, your extra skin has decreased, or so it looks. Keep it up for just a bit more before bulking.

Definitely have a solid base. I would keep cutting and reach that goal. Great progress so far.

Thanks I will reach my 100lb goal VERY soon. Loose skin does suck but it has been tightening up very well.

Thanks! Thats the loose skin from being 298lbs. It has tightened up a **** ton. So I'm not to worried about it.

Ya maybe when I get to 190lbs then I will bulk.
The skin has been tightening up pretty well. I can't wait till I can see a six pack!

Tubb, that is amazing progress...it's shocking. Great job bro. You inspire me. You and I seem to have a pretty similar body structure although it looks like you may have carried a bit more body fat than I do, but also more upper body lean mass.
I'd say you're in the 14% BF area although the lose skin masks it a bit. Don't worry though, just keep cutting/leaning out and you'll lose the loose skin. it'll snap back. If I were you, I would continue to lift but also cut. You've got an excellent base and you'll look great (/no homo lol) if you get shredded.
