Right handed I pulled my heart out. I dominated my opponent in every aspect except the hook. I weighed in at 134lb and my opponent weighed in at 168lb. Due to technicalities, I lost this challenge match which took 5 of the most grueling matches I have ever had. Because of the format, he was able to beat my on fouls, which I am not happy with, but thats the way the cookie crumbled. I feel very confident that he will stand no chance in a tournement format as I can now control his hand wrist and arm.
More pics and hopefully vids to follow so you can understand the right hand match up

Monday - Friday
Saturday is training for 3hrs at club and no workout (gym), Sunday is rest day.
I've never been much of a drinker, except for special occassions.

Social, 1-3 in a normal night. Kinda out there cuz everyone else is.
Still, you get time in @ the gym and the club, social places

Hey everyone. Just thought i would pop in and say hi. Nursing school is ruining my life. But on a good note, I bought some kettlebells today and am very thrilled with the fact that I can do high intensity weight training with them. I dropped some weight and feel a hell of a lot better now - way more definition. I will have to get some new pics soon.
Did I miss anything worth while?

I also have my own site if you would like to sign up on my forums. I am trying to beef it up my form members are low just barely double digits could someone help me out here? canadabodybuilding.com is pretty neat though i use it.

Hai dere shugga.
Worked chest yesterday for the first time in over 8 monthgs (trying to correct imbalance from accident). it feels awesome today. Rotator cuffs are at about 70%, so i think i'll start easing back into benches and inclines.

Programming is no fun. I used to have to do COBOL back in my school year and I hated it. That is when I decided programming is not for me. You have to be xtremely patient to be a programmer.
