Hey just a question.

I I have been working out 5 days a week lately. I do weights 3 days a week and cardio afterwards, and cardio the other 2 days. I don't really have time now to do those extra 2 days of cardio anymore, was just wondering if these 2 days less of cardio will make a siginificant difference in my weight loss?

a lil bit difference i would say...but cardio after weight training is most effective...if u are doing that regularly, u can afford to miss the other two days...

just keep ur diet in check during those 2 days....u should be in caloric deficit ( less than maintenance ),assuming u are cutting..

thanks man, yeh i'm aiming to lose about 2 lbs a week, but since i cant go to gym on those days i just wanted to know how much less weight i'd lose.

Let's say on those cardio days you're burning 500 calories each time.
Well if you stop them, you'll be burning 1000 calories a week LESS than you did before.. Not counting the other benifits there are with cardio..

Yes it will slow down your weight loss.. significantly? Well it depends on your body.. try it out and let us know!

As Becca mentionened if you stop those cardio days you'll decrease your total energy expenditure for the week. You can compensate for this by simply eating less food. Problem solved.
