Never, ever, did I think I'd be picking up ANYTHING that weighted 500 pounds. And yes, I did just add the 2.5s to round it up to 500. Just had to.

benched 140kg for an easy(ish) 3  , might have managed 4.
will be trying for a new single PB, 155 minimum, hopefully 160+, later in the week...
oh yeah, and a 456lb box squat.

578 raw deadlift, 293 paused bench raw, 430 raw squat. i had atleast 450 i think in my squat and 585ish on my deadlift. bench maybe only a couple pounds!

did the easiest 635 sumo pull of my life this was after 4-5 months without pulling sumo it was raw and was more of a conventional sumo lol...form wasn't great..easy nonetheless. was not a maxout...not even close...god i can't wait til my meet in may! wish me luck guys i'll be 21 then so dunno if i'll still be junior or open but 800 and 198 drug free would be sick!

for a single, if it's anything like my regular dead when i was hitting 585 for 3 i could do 645 solid so I'd say i'm probably good for 650 single from a 3.5" deficit

*felt pretty good had a hard time getting groove on bench at first but finished well.

then went off a piece of foam for doubles and singles

maxed my squat for the first time ever, ended up doing 200 kg (~440 lbs) ... oh and I set a new PR in the deadlift last week, 245 kg (~540 lbs)
