Good Bulking Routine ? ? ? ?

I need a good bulking routine just wanted to know if anyone had any good routines that had worked well for them...and whats a good creatine or any supplement they used with bulking up ? ?

There is no "set routine", it all depends on your macronutrient intake.

You can do a high volume style workout and still bulk if you have a "bulking" style diet. Depending on your body type you can break down the macronutrients into percentages of your calories.

I don't take creatine but a good creatine would be creatine monohydrate that's micronized. I would suggest trying AST's micronized creatine. Very respectable company and I've heard nothing but good reviews.

Another vital supplement would be getting BCAA's/Glutamine. I would suggest Scivation Xtend (4-6 scoops before/during/post workout will do the trick).

Do not get fooled into buying a "weight-gainer", it is a complete waste of money especially when you can make one yourself. However you should focus on getting your proteins from wholesome foods.

Rippetoe's is my favourite, I'm back on it and gaining again after switching to a split and not really gaining much.

Creatine is useful but not essential, it's up to you whether you take it or not but I would say it's worth it.
