how much weight can you gain on Animal Pak i got me two 44 packs of Animal Pak

Weight gain is a function of caloric intake. How you much gain, in other words, will be based on how much you eat, the calories you get from food. Animal Pak is a nutritional foundation, but it's not meant to deliver calories.

like others said, it's a multivitamin. don't expect to blow up from animalpak, it will not happen. good for your health though.
