I'm gonna bite the bullet and do this...
gotta get over these self esteem issues, so, here goes.
The first photo was from March 07 after 1 month of working out. I worked out for about 9 months but then started smoking again (still kickin' my self). I can't work out if I'm smoking, so I quit working out for about 5 months but then started back. I've been smoke free and working out since March of this year ('09).
I'm still carrying some extra weight due to the perpetual bulk I'm on (lol), but I've recently started up the cardio again and am working on shedding some of the excess.
Not great, but I think there is some progress.

Hey guys, how can I post a pic which looks like an image (like Baretta's two images above), not a link? Sorry, couldn't figure it out myself  (gees, I feel stupid)

First post, just started lifting weights last June, and just started exercising for the first time since 1995 in Feb of this year. The purpose of this post is to motivate myself, getting a picture up here would be a good start, need to try and get that done tonight.

lol, nice, this is one place I didn't expect the Haka to be quoted. I am currently living in Seattle, so haven't had a chance to follow the rugby (one of the biggest things I miss over here), but from what I read we are 3 from 3 against Aussie so now we just need to figure out how to beat SA.

OK, here are some of mine. If I could only lose my ab fat....I do have great legs, and especially great calves, though. Unfortunately, only thing people seem to notice is your abs.

I forgot to mention that I'm now 18.1% bf, down from over 31%.
That's the lowest I've been since my early 20's!
