Tomorrow is your heavy clean and jerk day. If you want to screw that up, you can go back tonight on your own time and squat as heavy as you like.

My gym doesn't have the reverse hypers bench/station.
Can I do it using a regular flat bench, keeping my knees bent a little?

Knees have to be straight so I don't think that will work, try and find something higher off the ground like a hyper ext but position yourself in the opposite position, with feet facing where your upper body would usually go.

Good workout G. Hope you don't get reamed out by coach for doing unauthorized extra work.

Oh, you remembered!
Yeah, I found a good Chiropractor and Physiotherapist but they're both around 2 hours away from me, sigh.
Right now, I'm using the heat pad on my knee. Feels good and my pain has already reduced by 80% (srs). I don't know if the effect is temporary, but I'll keep doing it till it gets better.

Snatch
Snatch: 45x3/50x3/55x1
Power Snatch: 65x1
Snatch Pulls: 65x3/75x3/85x3/95x2x2
Squat: 135/140/145x1
Good Mornings: 135/140/145x3
GHR: BW x10x2/+10lbs x12
Reverse Hypers: 90x10x3
Russian Twists: 20x20/25x15/30x15
Seated Calf: 90x15x3
Notes: Good power on snatch, more training on classic lift will improve timing. Excellent squats, more in tank, good mornings shaky on last set. GHR's strong, but obviously tired by this point. Reverse hypers progressing nicely, will add weight next Sunday. Will start with more weight on RT next week. Calf work done for stability of knee joint.
Sled dragging later.

No; in fact, they've been lowered. I want to get a tad leaner before I go into the off season.

Good Mornings: 135/140/145x3
GHR: BW x10x2/+10lbs x12
Reverse Hypers: 90x10x3
Russian Twists: 20x20/25x15/30x15
Seated Calf: 90x15x3
Notes: Good power on snatch, more training on classic lift will improve timing. Excellent squats, more in tank, good mornings shaky on last set. GHR's strong, but obviously tired by this point. Reverse hypers progressing nicely, will add weight next Sunday. Will start with more weight on RT next week. Calf work done for stability of knee joint.
Sled dragging later.
