Can NO Synthesize act as multiple supps?
I was wondering if NO synthesize http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/vpx/synthesize.html
could act as a your creatine product, pre workout supp, intra workout supp, and post workout supp? I don't know the exact amount of creatine is every scoop since it's a proprietary blend. I was wondering what all of your thoughts were so I could get one supp instead of having 5 diff tubsss. Thanks everyone

yeah im sure itll work fine. if u start using that as a substitute for taking in 3 or 4 other supps then see if ur getting any real gains and if not then add in other things as u go.

I think you could. Out of ~10g blend, you'll notice that the first 3 ingredients are all creatine-based, and then further down there are more forms (I question if this is all really necessary...). That gives me a hand-waving guess that if you're at 2 servings, you're likely to be in the range you need, or more. So I'll say that at your suggested dosing, you'd probably be overkill on the creatine front (3 servings a go).
Is it just me, or is there a breakdown here of approximately 30g, which apparently fits in ~20g scoop size? I'm just reading the bb.com page on that... it doesn't match up. Their serving size says 20g, but then their protein amount also says 20g - so where's the rest of it fitting into the equation?
I'd probably cut myself down to pre/post. Pre-WO nutrition as normal, Synthesize I dunno 30-45 minutes pre, water during (I wouldn't use another serving during workout personally, I don't see the benefit), and Synthesize w/ carbs post, then post-WO nutrition to follow.

ya the creatine intake concerned me too, i take about 4g of mono per day i feel like i don't need any more but i'm runnin low on creatine and i was wondering if there is a point in supplement creatine by itself with NO synthesize?

I can't say absolutely, because of how they hide their ingredients, but my guess would be that with 2 servings you are most likely covered for the above reasons.

1 serving during and after
and I think they put 20g of protein because they take the free form amino acids into account.
Pretty cheap if you take the buy 2 get 1 deal imo. Might give it a try.

ya i went w the 2 for three, idk they hide their ingredients pretty well it seems like two servings is a lot of creatine, but idk cause they list it as a proprietary blend.
