SP250 versus NO Shotgun

Which is better IYO?...I'm leaning toward Shotgun

shotgun definetly,

its vary alot with everybody, but i think its the best ive used,

shotgun for pump
jack3d for energy and focus
NO Explode just alot of caffeine

Shotgun. Great pumps and strength gains. 1 scoop is all you need. SP250 ppl end up with 3 scoops. Cost would be much higher.

i say sp250...just becuase i can't stand the taste of shotgun...i can barely get it down my throat...

Shotgun has a lot more to offer then SP plus it has 20 g protein as well. One scoop is plenty so it will last you 28 workouts. SP on the other hand, most ppl need 2-3 scoops which makes it much more expensive. Both great products but I think Shotgun has the upper hand in this one.

between these two products, NO Shotgun all the way. Plus, it tastes better than SP, but thats my opinion.

Def. Shotgun. Ive used a tub of Black Cherry and Grape Bubblegum. Taste is def. something to get used to but isnt too bad. SP250 was rough on my stomach for some reason and had me running to the bathroom mid-way through my workouts.

I'd suggest shotgun also because its a good product, and also will be more cost efficient because with superpump your going to end up taking 2-3 scoops, with shotgun 1 scoop should do the job for ya

3 scoops of SP250 makes me puke halfway through a workout.

1 scoop has done just fine for me, and I've been using it religiously for about 2 years.

I will agree with you on the basis that every body is different and can react to a supp differently. My personal opinion would be go with shotgun, but giving both of these supps a try and seeing what works better for you is a good alternative also

yep, and i've tried a couple different flavors, numerous times, and I can't stomach the flavor, and I respond better to SP250.

theres free samples of sp250 in the store here, its worth a shot if he decides to go with shotgun to purchase.

Yea thats a very good idea, see if you can obtain some free samples or samples of both and give them a shot, prolly your best way to go about this before you make your actual decision to purchase one or the other.

ughhhh its a good product and they are a great company but damn i cant stand incorrect/deceitful labeling - the product does not contain 20g of protein, they list creatine as part of the protein count

fwiw, i am 200+ lbs and only take one scoop of superpump250, sometimes 1.5, y'all need to calm down that stimulant intake

I think SP250 is the ONLY Gasparei product that i did not respond well to - not sure why butr i never got much out of it.................So i would have to say NOShotgun

never had NO shotgun, but i probably never will. Ive been taking SP250 for about a year and i love it, taste and results. blue raspberry/rasp. lemonade/grape/orange are all very good.

that being said, i want to try a sample of white flood, heard nothing but good things about it.

I like both.. Shotgun exotic fruit wasn't that bad tasting, and the energy/pump was perfect. SP250 is potent, the energy lasts longer and the pump is great.

See thats whats so weird because i never got much energy from Sp250, while most people say they do

I,ll take superpump250 over No shotgun any day.. I have used both and superpump250 has neveer failed me.. Never quite like the new flavour rasberry lemonade but the older timmer favourite is fruit punch and that really is a bomb for pumps and energy strength etc..

No shotgun used version 3 half way through my tub I lost the feeling it worked.. The first weeks it hit me hard but then was all gone.. Didnt do much for me..
