NO shotgun v.3 with a shake or no? need little help
ok i had a chicken salad at 2 so im planning on going to the gym later at 430ish. My question is do you need to take a shake while taking NO shotgun because that already has 20g protein. Can i just take NO at like 415 then workout at 445 or should I take a shake at 415 then at 430 take NO shotgun and workout at 445ish? I have no clue what to do little help please.
