Huge Gain After Ramadan and Tips on how to make big gains

I guess muscle memory was true since after Ramadan, the first time I went to the gym my muscles stayed sore until the 5th day. My chest grew like crazy and my forearms as well.

I had gotten really skinny in Ramadan and I wasn't sure if I was going to put it all back. Not only did I end up putting every single pound back, but I actually added more!

Anyway, here are some tips that I made:

- Drink Green Tea at least 30 minutes before your workout to increase your metabolism
- Do at least 5 minutes of HIIT to get your blood running, but don't do more than 10 minutes because you'll drain the energy for your muscles
- Exercise every body part you can
- Lift as heavy as you possibly can so that you can only do less than 12 reps
- Don't cheat, don't shake; just keep your body nice and natural
- Each rep should last 5 seconds to ensure constant load
- Lift to failure (lift until you simply can't anymore)
- Man up; forget about the pain, just push and think about how huge you're going to get (motivational)
- Eat enormous amounts of protein and try to vary your proteins sources so that it's not all coming from chicken or fish, for example.

Thanks I needed that I lost weight too about 6 pounds in Ramadan I worked out yesterday tried to work every muscle out since I didn't workout for a month it was hard but I did it really sore now

i did the exact opposite
took it slowly
higher reps and low weight
still felt way too sore
also did full body workout

Ramadan is a month were muslims fast from sunrise to sunset, about 12 hours, in the other 12 hours you can eat whatever you want. but you are like in the whole day time, without food, so, people tend to lose weight. since they probably eat only 1 meal after sunset, and maybe 1 before sunrise.
