New Job, Losing too much weight, Need help!!

I recently started working again after being laid off for 5 months. When I got laid off I decided hit the gym and get back in shape. I was 207 lbs when I started and over the course of 5 months I lost 20lbs and ended up at 10% BF. Since I started this new job I now work 4 days a week 10 hrs a day. The work at this new job is far more intense than anything I've ever done and in two weeks I lost 4.5 lbs. I am only able to hit the gym now 3 days a week instead of 6 like I have been. Any thoughts on how I can build some size even though I'm working fast pace 10 hour days? I'm literally sweating 9 hours out of the day due to the constant lifting and moving I do all day.

I'm really bummed because I've worked so hard to maintain my size through the summer at 185-187 lbs. What could I eat that may help me keep my size.. I'm eating about 2700 - 3000 calories a day right now and I work 4:30 pm to 3:00 am. kinda sux....

thanks

Thats your problem. You need to eat more food. Thats all there is to it, eat more than you use you grow eat less you shrink.
