I'm no juicer but I'd be glad to give you some green, as would most people posting here, if you would just prove it. The fact is than after all your posts and all the posts by others challenging you, you have not done so. This means you either love confrontation or you're lying. Either way its sad. You haven't shown a measuring tape by now so I don't believe you ever will. I'm done posting in this thread. Your arms are impressive to say the least. So why lie?

Did you take a look at my personal website?
http://www.true-natural-bodybuilding.com
Do you really believe I would put such lies on my personal site where everybody can see it, including my friends, training mates, family, and colleagues? You really think I want to make myself a fool with all those people?
I'm a 35 year old adult with a Ph.D. in Sciences and a solid career in a major company. I have a reputation in the REAL world to keep up.
Think about it.

If you show that website to friends and co-workers then you are a bigger fool than I had thought. For a man with a Phd your lack of knowledge shows pretty easily.

5) Washed your tape measure and dried it in the sun
6) Measured at an angle rather than around perpindicular
7) Wearing down jacket at time of measure
No closeup shot. Do a full upper body shot minimum to gauge proportion, and no fish-eye lense.
I'm sorry, but anyone can take their own tape measure and form an imaginary circle with it for 20" and see how big that really is. It's like a damn cantalope.

I'm impressed, I don't see a point in lying...if he was just trying to make himself look better, he'd know himself he was lying and that he wasn't and it isn't like he is winning anything for it. Nic ejob!

Take a look at the size of my arm compared to my head.
And once again, this is without pumping up. And NO, itis NOT photoshopped.

I'm planning to make a photo and even a video of a tape measure, however, it may take a couple of weeks before I have time to do so.

If you guys notice the 4 pictures on his site are really only two, they are just mirrored so they look like its the other arm.

No, they are not mirrored to make them look like it's the other arm. They are mirrored to make my website perfectly symmetrical.
BTW, the upper pics are my right arm, and the lower pics are my left arm.
And I didn't use photoshop. I've used MS Photo Editor to crop and resize the photos to the right size, to mirror them, and slightly adjust the colors-contast-brightness.
No software manipulations were done do make the muscles look bigger, whatsoever.

Well done Mister-10 !
Your body shape is my ideal goal. I just read your site and it makes sense. I picked up some information which i wasn't conscious of before, especially the idea of concentrating the reps properly such that maximum intensity is achieved. Another cool hint i got was not to alternate hands during sets of bicep curls and other dual-hand exercises. Thanks!
I'm currently 24 y.o. 77kg 16% fat, 178cm (5'10"). This means that if you are currently 100kg, if i use the difference in our heights, i will need to end up at 96kg. That's about a 20kg gain. What kind of time frame do you think is reasonable for such a gain?
Given what you said about the maximum age for growth being 18-26, what would you recommend i do in the next few years to maximise my gains?
Another thing:
I also don't want to modify my body's mechanisms with non-natural supplements. You mentioned hormone supplements as being particularly dangerous. My question is, have you considered naturally occurring products which make the body produce more testosterone? I am currently looking into Sasparella (soft drink), as I heard off someone that it instigates more testosterone production in the body.

This may be dumb,
but the pictures I'm seeing in this thread have most people flexing their arms. So, I was wondering - when you guys measure your arms, do you flex, or do you do it the way BB.com "wants you to" for your profile, as in "keep the arms straight and relaxed and measure the thickest part" ?

Sarsaparilla
^^
I just realised that i spelt Sarsaparilla wrong, so i'm just correcting my mistake.
This allowed me to find some more information on the web, and it seems that it is linked to aiding the production of testosterone in men. Considering that it is naturally occurring, it may be something to consider in true natural bodybuilding Mister-10.
Here are a couple of links:

dude youre cutting your own throat
all you have to do is put a tape around them.
your arms are in the 18 range no doubt and based on the shape of your bicep maybe even 18.5. You have a way out here.
that's a great size. be happy with that. 20 inch arms means nothing if they don't match your physique and yours do.
unfortunately you've now made a claim you can't back out of gracefully and you're stuck.
post the taped pics, take your inevitable lumps, and move on.
