Ok well also i forgot to answer this earlier. The reason people do not take anabolic pump or creatine while on cycle is because a lot of steroids cause you to get an insane 'pump'. Which feels awesome, but at times is too much, especially around your quads / lower back. The extra pump from creatine or anabolic pump would just add to this and make it really unbearable. Even on havoc i could bearly sit in my car seat driving home after squat day it hurt so bad lol.

Some people like to dose orals like dianabol all at one time, the spike gives you a high blood level at some point or another which has benefits towards effective stimulation of the androgen receptors. Also with androgens that have a short halflife. Dosing in the morning can postpone suppression somewhat. Your body produces most of its test in the early hours of sleep so dosing upon waking would put the spikes of androgen hormones as far from each other as possible

I really think he should go with the staggered approach I mentioned. More gains, less sides, happier liver.

well the anabolic pump was on sale and i stocked up so i can take it off cycle : )

thanks again.

right now i am leaning on using mdrol for my first cycle and starting monday... i will do three weeks of 20/20/20. i am already loading up on livercare, cycle support, and taurine.

gonna save the hdrol for later when i wanna get leaner.

Aye much better. 2-3 cycles with 10-12 lb gains that are easily maintained will yeild much more muscle than 1 all out balls to the wall cycle. Also if you're super intent on gaining a lot of mass consider a cycle of test cypionate. 10 weeks, w/ m-drol the first 3 to kick start it.

im 5'8 as well currently at 189lbs 20 yrs old lifting for 4 years. never used aas but i use ph. using mdrol and hdrol is + anabolic pump is one of the best stacks you will ever use strenght gain on combining those 3 are insane.im talking about 7-15 lbs in inly 3 weeks.but im not perfect at using ph..but i know enough to preserve my health. honestly man use these products only for 3 weeks on and 6-7 weeks of this stuff screws you up..truth is even with a liver support or pct your body will still not be hundred percent.(internally)..im not saying you get screw just after one cycle..but futher down the raod at least on you 3rd or fourth cycle..just be carefull you kno
