Your an all star over there. Teach me your ways! I have a new appreciation for food. When I am done with my shows I will be trying every idea I come across in there. For now I have to suffer. 37 more days!!

I did NOT need to know about that thread...................thanks.
You'll snag a lot of prep friendly ideas in there bro! I've already loaded up on ideas for my bulk. There are great things I've never tried apparently.

Morning weight 178.6lbs (+1.8lbs from yest wake up weight, explanation for this)
Nutrition yesterday was spot on at 1550 35/76/229.
I felt like crap. Tired and hungry all day.
Today I got an extra 10g of fat and 100g of carbs in my macros and nutrition will be 45/175/230 again. Glad the damage control macros are over and done with. Curious to see what happens by Sundays refeed.
I've learned my lesson about sticking to my macros. It's not worth straying cause then you have to suffer and work even harder or take the loss and waste a week of dieting.
I was disappointing with my weigh in this morning however. I feel stuck lol.
Today I feel like I looked my worse as well. Flat, soft, smooth, small. Idk where that extra weight went but it sure as hell wasn't my muscles.
Onto the training today.
Calf Raises
215 x 20 (slow reps with a stretch on each)
395 x 15
355 x 15
315 x 15
Pull Up (SS'd with BB Bench)
BW x 8
BW x 8
BW x 8
BW x 6
BW x 5 (Set PR)
BW x 4
BB Bench (First time since vacation in January. Over a year before that.)
Bar x 20
135 x 10
185 x 8
205 x 8(PR+20lbs)
225 x 3(PR! +2r) And the last time I did 225 x 1 I weighed around 240-245lbs LOL)
Cable Rows
210 x 8
195 x 8
180 x 8
Dips
BW x 12
BW x 10
BW x 8 (These felt lighter than usual, I think its time to add a dime or a quarter to the dip belt and get to work)
Done and done, solid session. Pumps were pretty weak though. I was sandbagging through the workout.
Thoughts
Felt pretty damn good hitting some PR's on prep. My strength:weight ration has greatly improved over the past 1-2 years despite the caloric deficit. Its going to be really nice to bulk after these shows. First bulk, you guys better be ready for some freaky **** going on.

Bob, that protein pudding is BOMB. I see myself making it daily. I went back to the supermarket today and scooped 5 more packets of chocolate fudge flavored sf/ff pudding. This stuff is a treat as a pre/post workout meal!!
So diet today has been real easy. I acquired a new appreciation for food after those three days @1500 cals. Its 7:20 PM here and I still have 3 meals left to go. Damn these cliff builder bars are tasty.

I topped mine with 20g PB + 40g thinly sliced banana. It was ORGASMIC
Macros for the "pancake/omlette" are 1/1/25. Its AMAZING. Some toppings in the near future will include. Protein pudding + banana slices, FF creamcheese + strawberries and splenda, SF Preserves and coolwhip free.

BINGO! The scivation sludge and no-carb egg white pancake with almond butter or pb on top are they only way I made it
Hey you might like protein jello, I've made it before and it's amazing, you take a packet of ff/sf jellow, make it just like you would any jello, and right before sticking it in the fridge add your pp. Trust me it tastes amazing, and it's high protein!

I'll give it a go, although 230g has been pretty easy to hit. I have strawberry blend PP, will try with sf/ff strawberry jello tmrw. Some coolwhip light on top and diced strawberries.

Well I woke up today, back down at 176.8lbs. Looking pretty damn lean. Small but lean. Going in for legs/cardio later this afternoon. Diet today will be spot on 43/174/231 2026.
Lots of variously topped protein pancakes. They are freakin good.

Yessir! Just had one rolled up with natty PB and SF blackberry jam. Mmmmm
Thanks for the recipe......I just tried it out. I didnt have any vanilla protein so I used chocolate and no cinnamon. Pretty dang good. Makes like a crepe......thats what they should be called....."Blazed's Protein Crepes". Definately a lighter consistency than pancakes. I would imagine that the vanilla would be better, but the chocolate was good with a some peanut butter and walden farms rasberry jelly.
