WEDNESDAY: CHEST-FLAT BENCH, DUMBELL INCLINE, DECLINE BENCH, CABLE FLYS, DIPS, ABS.

I have been training seriously for a year and a half, and have went from a starting weight of 165 to the 248 that I now weigh.(drug free)=]

Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible):No cardio currently, but adding in the near future.
