I buy frozen Chicken breasts at Sam's Club. I will toss like 4 or 5 in the slow cooker and cover with roma tomatoes basil and some garlic powder. Set on medium and let cook for like 5 or 6 hours. Its soooo good. Chicken falls apart its so tender. I like to serve it over brown rice with green beans on the side.

Package of chicken breast, brown before hand.
Place in crock pot with a few spices of your liking and pepper.
A can of low fat mushroom soup and let it cook.
The browned chicken breast will give tons of flavour with the mushroom soup.

OMG! I ALWAYS use my crock pot to cook my meals..because im so busy sometimes...it's better to have it thrown in the AM and come home to a nice meal in the Pm already made..that way you wont grab crap food to carry you threw till dinners done.
Here's come recipes I do-
Tip-****I buy Foster Farm chicken breast from Stater Bro's because it's hormone free (then I just cut off the skin if I dont buy skinless and boneless cuz it's more expensive) I wouldn't buy chicken in those frozen bags...look at the back of them..it's all the gizzards and stuff that are left over from other chickens and stuffed back together with added chicken broth...Go get real chicken.
So I do like 4 chicken Breasts at a time (So I can save one for lunch the next day)
Herbed Chicken- Few dashes of Pepper, 1 tbsp Rosemary, and 1 tsp garlic powder (really good)
Or (not good for cutting tho) BBQ Pork- 4 Pork Chops plus 1 tbsp McCormicks BBQ Pork Seasoning...( I use very little..I use one package 6-7 servings)
Or a few dashes of lemon pepper for Lemon Pepper Chicken

I am thinking of nicking my mum's crock pot, the chicken recipes sound great. I am hopeless at cooking chicken, always comes out like a rubber boot!

I have a crockpot cookbook called "Fix It and Forget it - Lightly." Use it all the time and love it. Of course some recipes still have to be altered a bit now and then depending on what your goals are but is easy to do.

I make a Crock Pot Rotisserie Chicken that is really easy and good! Here is the recipe.
Of course you can always buy the pre-made rotisserie chicken at the grocery store but you never know how long it's been sitting there under the warming lamp or what kind of chicken or how much seasoning they use. This way is so easy, there really is no reason not to make it yourself.
SUPPLIES:
4-5 Lb Whole Chicken
Seasoning (any seasoning you like, I watch my sodium so I don't use salt but I do use a garlic mixture w/out sodium that I buy at Sam's Club)
Tin Foil
Crockpot
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Roll tin foil into little balls and place in bottom of crockpot (like 5 balls to cover bottom)
2. Wash chicken and pat dry.
3. Season the inside of the chicken and the outside really well.
4. Place chicken on top of the tin foil (so the foil will hold the chicken up from the bottom) . I place it breast side down.
5. Cover with lid and cook on HIGH 4-5 Hours!
It MUST be cooked on HIGH to get the Rotisserie taste. It comes out very juicy and good! You can change up the seasoning for different flavors: cajun, lemon pepper, garlic, etc.
