i'm doing my deads today after my chest workout.. i seem to lift roughly the same weight for the same reps regardless of what i do beforehand. i was told to push deads off til my chest day as i had been doing them during my back workouts.

Yep. Just started doing them again since high school. About 15 years ago lol. Going up to 225 x 10 sets today.

i've been getting higher and higher reps at the 225.. currently hovering around 10-16.. my 315 has stayed consistently horrible though.. 3-4.. i can generally do 2 sets and 315lbs, but still only at 3-4 reps.. been stuck there doing them once a week for the past month....
also.. just started doing them two months ago.
