Id eat this routine for breakfast. I dont get why its "sweeping the nation." This happens everytime an actor is real cut or buff. "OMG HOWD HE GET THAT WAY?!" He/ she got that way by busting there asses. THERE IS NO SECRET! GET OUT THERE AND TRAIN!

300 Workout-
I feel like the workout they are describing would last all of 30 minutes & It doesn't even seem to have any focus on what you notice in the movies. = Abdominals. More of a girl workout for staying in shape but not actually putting on muscle if you ask me.

Haha this discussion hurt my feelings! I'm at 153 now, although I'm not a teen, I am 20 and under 160. At 165 lbs. I had a 280 max on bench [never actually did it, but did 225x8 reps; the most I ever truly maxed was 260], but after cutting and a shoulder injury I am down to 225 max :/ and I still maintain a 305 squat max. Although I do concur that most ppl probably do lie about their stats to be "cool" on this website, I do not find it suitable to generalize that everyone with my body type lies about that stuff. With proper nutrition and training, it's possible to achieve such feats. That's my rant for the day sorry haha.
Oh and I did this workout as a warmup yesterday and I am considering using it as cardio instead of HIIT...any thoughts?

ive seen my other friend that weights about 150 or so bench 315, a bit of a bounce though, none the less still impressive, hes only 16 too
