Good cofee/vitamin water replacement for gf
My GF is kicking the coffee habit and had went for vitamin water instead, yea I know neither kills you obviously, but neither are particularlly ideal, what's a good drink similar to vitamin water, but healthier? And any snacks that would be a good replacement for **** like rice crispy treats ect.. Just trying to prep her for the fight against the freshmen 15.

Coffee ruins teeth ect just not good to have a habit with it, vitamin water really isn't all that healthy, looking for similar drinks that are healthier alternatives.

Perhaps switching to tea would work? I really enjoy green tea, earl grey is fantastic aswell.

Vitamin water in generally more unhealthy than it needs to be, it's basically the same thing as gatorade. Contains the same number of calories (150) and sugar (35g). I'm not a nutritard, I just am not familiar with a lot of drinks that are convenient like vitamin water, but healthier, as I stick with milk, shakes, and basic juice.

If she is looking for convenience, I'd say have her get bottled water and any of those crystal light or other drink packets like that she could take with her to school and even refill her bottle whiles she's at school out of the water fountain. I just drink water, green tea, and sometimes some skim milk. I see a lot of other people drink those diet Lipton green and white tea bottles too.
For snacks- almonds, balance protein bars, she could make her own protein bars, grapes are convenient, and light cheese sticks.

WELL I STAND UP NEXT TO A MOUNTAIN... CHOP IT DOWN WITH THE EDGE OF MY HAND...
So I looked at him and then I looked at myself and said 'What was she thinking? Why have macaroni when you can have steak?' and then I remembered that she was a vegetarian.

caffeine pills or green tea extract for some sort of boost to replace coffee
drinking copious amounts of water is always good.
xtend to replace vitamin water ... quite tasty or any low cal flavoring system like crystal lite (the newer ones use sucralose instead of aspartame)
oh and don't forget epa+dha/fish oil... highly important, it will help insulin sensitivity in turn helping to control weight gain
