Usually aiming for 3.6-3.7k. Its been kinda hard this week with alotta family stuff going on. And my appetite sucks ass.

IMO drop the protein down to 1-1.5gxbw and up the carbs. 300g is a tad high and our body can only use so much :P More money saved as well!

Heh thanks bro. I'll try lowering the proteenz a bit starting wed.
If i do this do i lower my total cals a bit or keep it the same level and just increase the carb percentage? Because ima prolly be taking in about 490g of carbs if i take 230g of protein and 110g of fat on 3.6k cals. That's a ****load of carbs ima get teh fatz. =[

Day [2.] - Shoulders&Arms
Notes: Today was HARD! I only took 1g of caffeine instead of 2, and had a smaller breakfast than usual.
As of today i'm planning to do a short cut back down to about 140-142lbs. I started off at 125lbs skinny-fat, and after bulking 25lbs i feel like i have put on quite a bit of fat. I want to get to ~140 lean and moderately bulk my way back to 160lbs. Hopefully i dont look like a super-twig at 140. What do you guys think? :/

I'm probably going to cut as well when I get to 150-155lbs. I haven't cut properly before so I don't really know how those macros would suit you, it seems like a pretty subjective thing anyway. You can only see what would have an effect for you.

Good. No reason to NOT bulk as youre still a n00bie to an extent. Dont do what I did and what most others do when first starting out.
Bulk cut bulk cut bulk cut that leads you to ZERO progress in the long run. Stick to something.. Ie; clean bulk to a goal weight of 160.. Then mini cut for 2-3 weeks.
Milk yourself for gains man, these are the years that count.

I'm at 156lbs, gonna bulk to about 165lbs, then start watching my diet and cut back to about 150 something.
