LOL, that I did. Well up this morning 5:15 she did spin class and arms. This is her last full week then 2 days next week. Still struggling with it quite a bit but the body is looking great. Even with all this stress, the push is still there to gt on stage in less than 2 weeks. I am going to get pics and BF today or tomorrow so we can see what all is going on.

Plus you can get tons of different flavors of coffee. As far as I know most don't have any added calories.
P.S.- LOOKING GREAT NOEL!

Just wanted to throw out there for fellow coffee lovers that Splenda started selling "flavored" splenda so you can do without the creamer. Got a Mocha, Vanilla and Hazelnut flavor. They were all pretty good.
I've been lurking in this thread and wanted to chime in and just say it's nice to see the husband and wife team thing going on! Having a hard time motivating my wife, so this is really nice to see. Someone suggested Noel write a book, you should tackle that aspect of it. Haven't seen that angle written about really.
Thanks also to all the Scivation folks for your information, products and your time. I've read almost all the ebooks and they're outstanding. I've started the Lifestyle Cut Diet and have seen an improvement in only a week so far. Trying to cut below 10% (need a couple percentage points) so I can begin the Cut Diet Lean Mass program for the Midwest hibernation months coming up.
Thanks all keep up the great work Noel. Best of luck at the contest.

Thank you for the compliments. It is fun to work together and get her in great shape. Even though the past 3-4 weeks have been extremely stressful, she has made great progress. I know she is debating is she is stage ready and ONLY she will know. If she feels confident to get up there she will. Its a shame that the stress had to be there and interrupt the perfect training for stage readiness, BUT it still sows that anyone can get their desirable look even after pregnancy. I am very proud of her and also VERY LUCKY. Lets face it SHE's FREAKING SMOKIN!!!!!!!

Final post. We talked breifly about competing and after the 4 weeks of agony and stress, Noel is not likely going to compete. I think the weekend in vegas and away from the kids will do us both good. We just want to relax. I want to thank everyone that post and cheered and supported Noel throug this journey but the stress just got to be a bit too much. Thanks again to all. Maybe we will see you at the O. We will be in vitamin shoppe booth handing out samples alongside Marc and the BEAST.

Competing or not, Noel, you did a great job even though you were going through so much other stressful crap. The weekend away will definitely be good for you guys, and now you can proudly strut your transformed body at the pool

Still a Winner
Hey Noel! Just wanted to congratulate you on your awesome transformation. I know how hard you worked for it even through all the stress. Whether you step on stage or not, you got through the prep and look great. It doesn't matter what judges or other people think, it's only how you feel about yourself...and you should feel pretty damn good about yourself!! The time away will do you and Chuck some good. So enjoy yourself. I look forward to working with Chuck on my own contest prep and hope he can perform the same kind of magic on me. Again, awesome job juggling home, kids, job, and training. You should be proud of your accomplishment. Now go have fun in Vegas!
P.S. A shopping spree does sound kind of fun, doesn't it?

Contest Prep Question
Please give me your opinion.....I am currently a personal trainer and am wondering your opinion and your wife's since has competed in the past. Can you tell me the difference in contest prep (diet, workout, BF%, etc) in a bikini vs. fitness model?
Greatly Appreciated
Samantha
