David Henry got screwed.

Kevin English was a clear number 2 but the 202 class belonged to Henry. Henry has the fullest physique of ne current pro.

If he decided to compete in the standard O he could have easily beat out rockel for 7th and in my opinion he had vic beat too.

Yeah I agree. Kevin looked good, but I think he's got horrible shape, and Henry destroyed him. That said, I would consider Henry top 5 in the open-class, but I know that would never happen...

TOTALLY agree. English just has a ton of mass, but his shape is horrid! His FDB looks sooo deformed

Yup.. Kevin should have taken Second for sure.
I spoke to both of them each, a couple times every day, and was followign the 202 pretty closely.

David looked much drier during the afternoon madatorys. He looked sick!!!
But Kevin looked drier at night, just 6 hours later. Not by a large shot through. but David Henry was much more impressive looking even when not as dry.
Hard to tell what the judges are thinking.

David henry shoul dhave taken first, again.

I was in the second row at the judging. I thought the judging for 1st-5th was spot on. Kevin English was the clear winner.

I met both of them and David looked 1,000,000 times better than Kevin. Kevin is huge and thats all he has on his side but David just was more aesthetic overall. However, when I met lee he said that David should've been third with Kevin first. In my opinion, Mark or Eduardo beat Kevin easily

david was off plain and simple, he got a gift cause correa and dugdale both shuda placed ahead of him

Did you watch the judging or just meet them some other time?

Both.
I watched the pre-judging and then met both of them afterwards.
David just had it. Kevin has terrible aesthetics and isn't put together as nicely

i didnt get to see prejudging but Saturday night Henry looked much better then Kevin. Henry might have been a bit smooth but his proportions/symmetry/lines with the amount of mass he packs onto his frame was the difference for me.

Kevin was a bit drier but hes all arms, his torso is aweful imo.

I wonder if they are trying to push him out of the 202's? Since he's such a huge 202 and probably belongs in the open. I am looking for to seeing English do some open shows.

I think David got screwed but I wonder if they are trying to push him to the open class. I doubt it but just wondering.

This was a big head-scratcher to me too. Everything about Henry looked dead-on to me and I just assumed he was far ahead of everyone else.

Henry's conditioning has been fading the last couple of shows which is why he didn't win. He's known for his razor sharp conditioning and he didn't bring it this year. He's got enough size and I think he's afraid to come down in weight to come in crsiper, but he really needs to consider it because he's lost twice now to English when he should have easily taken him.

it wasn't anywhere near his "A" game, his "A" game was when he won the wildcard challenge. This weekends game was "D" game compared to that.

And that is henry's problem. he has had like 2 or 3 shows where he looked like the freak of all freaks with his conditioning and he hasn't put that together since.

Look at the above pictures, everything is overreacting without looking at the comparison shots. Kevin made Henry his girlfriend right there onstage in front of everyone.

Not so.

What you don't get is that those pics are from the PM show, Not the pre judging.
The Judging and routines were both held earlier that day. 6 or 7 hours before the pics in this thread were taken.

The pics you see up there were of the 202 guys brought out on stage for 10 minutes or so just to show the crowd.
The actual judging and routines were held at the expo stage hours earlier. It was here that David came in a lot drier, while Kevin was not nearly as dry. The pics above mean nothing considering the totals had already been calculated.

What you are seeing in the pics had nothing to do with what the judges saw, and scored earlier in the day.
