I was just browsing this site again, and came across this challenge.
This is my first ever post on the site after lurking for quite some time w/out a login.
H: 6' 1"
W: (I will add as soon as I get a higher capacity scale)
Goal: (short term) to be able to weigh myself on my bathroom scale again!
(longer term) to fit into the suits and closet full of clothes stored in boxes in the basement.
Good luck all.

I'm in. I got a lot of fat to lose.
Weight - 162
BF% - no idea.. 24% maybe?
Measurements - haven't taken them in a month
Pictures - same with measurements
Goals - Drop to 15-17% BF and lose 5 kg(11 pounds) or so and put on more lean muscle. My weight has stalled on the scale but BF% has been going down a lot.

I'll definitely drop in from time to time. My bulk is going well and I'm not ready to leave it yet. Keep up the great work everyone and for you new guys/gals, listen to the vets in here, they've made leaps and bounds in these last few challenges. Good luck to all.

LOL @ name of challenge.
I'm glad for this group. I could be 300 lbs. by New Year if I don't get in on this.
Weight
265
Bodyfat% (if you know)
33-35%
Measurements
Don't know.
Pictures (front/back/side)
I will post my most recent pics on my BodySpace.
Goals (IMPORTANT)
I participated in the April-July challenge but gave up in the middle of the Summer and gained back nearly 40 lbs. of fat. These next three months will be not just a period of training, but a change of life as I'm starting a new job and it's very physical and requires a lot of energy. It's for four months. So my goal is to improve in this job, to get in working shape, and to lose 30 lbs. of fat by the end of the challenge. But ultimately I want to get back to the shape I was in a year ago, which was a solid 200 lbs.
Anything else you would like to share such as supplements, diet, etc.
ON (chocolate) protein powder, Xtend, Controlled Labs OT multi, and fish caps is all I use. My diet will consist of clean eating and a lot of water. I don't count calories but maybe down the road, when I hit that next plateau and need to tighten up to reach the next level I will.

I'm in! I'm going on a cruise December 6 (to the Bahamas) and I don't want to look at pictures years from now and regret not being in better shape.
Stats will have to wait until Oct 10-11, hope that's okay. Not a good week to take pictures or measure (TOM) and I'll be out of town next week. Hopefully next week doesn't cause too much damage that will need to be reversed.
Goals
Lose 10-15 lbs (depending on what I weigh in at) by the cruise. I'd like to end up at a lean 115-120 lbs for the cruise.
I also don't want to lose much, if any strength. Since I'm trying to hit 225 lbs on the SLDL by the end of the year, if that starts decreasing, I'll probably stop leaning down. That goal is more important to me than being lean.
Anything else you would like to share such as supplements, diet, etc.
Diet - I'll be going back on the Anabolic Diet starting Oct. 12 and plan on keeping the carb ups cleaner this time. No cookies or candy LOL.
Supplements - I don't have any spare $$ at the moment so I have make my supplements last and will probably use them sooner rather than later since being out of town usually means eating like crap. I have CLA and carnitine as well as 5-HTP. I'm almost out of carnitine though.
Routine - Currently doing and upper/lower split. The week looks like this:
Mon - Lower (quad focus) + HIIT on treadmill
Tues - Upper (mostly BB)
Wed - Lower (ham focus) + 15 mins on 10% incline on treadmill
Thurs - Upper (mostly DB)
Fri - Deadlift day + HIIT on elliptical (working to get my grip back sine I have a ganglion cyst in my wrist so no hooks on this day. I do 10 sets of SLDL to grip failure and plan on increasing the weight used by 5 lbs every week)

I'm In!
First time posting! I look forward to finally seeing my BF% drop!
Weight: 129lbs
BF%: 26
Measurements are on MyBodySpace - pics to be posted soon
Goal: I'm not sure what is a realistic goal to achieve within 3 months, but I want to see my bodyfat drop to at least 18% (Eventually, I want to be 14-16% year-round), my weight doesn't matter.
Supplements: Green-Tea extract 3x a day (can't handle caffeine), BCAA (3g pre and post), Taurine (2g Pre), Creatine (1 Kre-a-fem pre and post), MuscleMilk Strawberries and Creme (2 scoops daily) - Eventually, I want to include Carnintine and CLA when $$$ permits.
Diet: "plain" foods all the way
Workout: I'm trying the workout from the book "Making the Cut", four days of circuit style training for my first month. Plan on also incorporating 1 extra day of cardio each week to make a total of 5 days.
