Scivation Vasocharge or Superpump 250?
I've done numerous tubs of SP and i like but i'm looking to try something new. How is VasoCharge compared to Superpump?

Never tried SP, but VasoCharge is a very underrated supplement.
Very good preworkout product with proven ingredients. Definitely my favorite one.

I tried both. Prefered Berry. Not a big fan of Lemonade flavors in general per se, but it wasn't bad. Very strong flavoring too.

I use White Flood and it worked better for me than SP250. Good pumps/focus and endurance gains

I'm taking lemonade VasoCharge, but you have to keep it in the refrigerator for at least an hour for maximum great taste IMHO!

well no i dont think thats what he meant
but ACTUALLY... due to the citrulline malate content, vasocharge likes to clump. and putting the container n all into the refridgerator is a way I've heard to reduce/eliminate it

Between the two options I'd go with the Vaso
I use Creadyl, White Flood, or Vaso. My experience with SP250 was not very good

wanna know what's pretty solid? the custom pre-workout i just ordered over the weekend. should be here by thursday.
5 grams citrulline malate
5 grams creatine
2 grams beta alanine
50 mg 1,3-Dimethylamylamine
200 mg caffeine
was going to also put 3 grams aakg, but couldn't afford it and figured the citrulline malate would work fine.
cost me about $60.00 for 50 servings, each servings is as described above, and i'll NEVER have to up the dose. solid pre

Vaso all the way!
very underrated, probably because its not advertised as much as Superpump or NO Xplode
tried both and both did nothing until I got vaso at an amazing deal!
Bought 5 tubs of xtends got 5 tubs of vaso! FREE.
Deal is gone now but glad I stocked up.

Very nice. Good design imo. How do you order a custom pre-workout? Pm if you can't post here.

yeah but with cryoshock you have to take 2-3 scoops to get the amounts of creatine citrulline malate and beta alanine i'm puttin into mine. that leaves you with roughly 18 servings for $40.00 ($2.20 per dose)
I got 50 servings, each at full dose, for just under $60.00 ($1.20 per dose)
so as you can see, i'm getting more potency, for half the cost.

I just like the convenience. Also, with 10% off Cryo is just $36.
To JP83 ---- There are a lot of good pre workouts out there to try
SP250, VasoCharge, CryoShock, Jack3d, PreSurge, White Flood
I also thought berry was a good flavor if you go with Vaso.

I'm surprised the Gaspari 'fans' haven't hi-jacked this thread plugging SP over VasoCharge. I like Scivation and i do agree, i think they are a very underated company. Then again, they don't have the big bucks for all the ad's and promo's like Gaspari does. But they do have solid data and research.
