What type of squat (wide stance or narrow stance) is better for increasing vertical?
I'm way better at doing wider stance squats than narrow stance as my knees seem to buckle the closer my feet are. But I'm wondering which style of squat will increase my jumping vertical the most? Conventional wisdom would be that it's narrow stance since that's the natural jumping position. But doesn't wide stance squatting hit the same muscles as narrow?
